The scales of Justice should be blind!  However, the trust of the American people have in the United States System of Justice was severely damaged by the Biden/Obama administration on August 8, 2022.  

For the first time in US History, in a pre-dawn 9-hour raid, under the cover of darkness, 100 heavily armed FBI Agents from the Washington Field Office and a small contingent from the Miami Field Office, with guns drawn, raided President Donald J. Trump’s personal residence at Mar-A-Lago in Florida.  

A warrant was served on President Trump’s attorneys by 30 FBI Agents from the Washington Field Office to “only” search for historic presidential records for the National Archives and for classified documents.  The warrant was issued by a Judicial Magistrate, not a US Federal Judge.  The Magistrate, Bruce Reinhart, had previously donated to Obama’s political campaigns, represented Jeffrey Epstein, represented Jeffrey Epstein’s employees, and posted multiple negative posts on Social Media about President Trump in 2017.  

The Agents refused to allow President Trump’s attorneys to observe the boxing of material that was removed from the residence and refused to allow the attorneys to remain in the air-conditioned entryway of the residence.  They made them stand outside in the 91-degree hot sun, until they departed at 6:30pm.  The Agents went through every room in the residence, and even rummaged for 2 hours through Melania’s clothing in her wardrobe, and also through material in her private office.

The FBI removed from 50 to 100 boxes of documents and material from the residence, without even first reviewing the documents in the boxes.  The agents refused to allow President Trump’s attorneys to watch the collection of the documents.  Mar-A-Largo has a skiff and authorized storage for classified documents for the former President of the United States.  A sleazy safe cracker was brought into President Trump’s residence to break into his safe; the safe was empty.

The disgraceful and uncalled for raid was an attack on the US Constitution, the Rule of Law, the United States System of Justice, and the American people.  In truth, the raid was a search warrant in search for something to charge President Trump with.  It was a witch-hunt for any information the Biden/Obama administration could find about the January 6^th event at the US Capital, to build a case on to indict President Donald J. Trump with a charge of insurrection.

There was no justification for the pre-approved raid by Obama’s Deep State Representative in the Oval Office, Ron Klain, who is also Biden’s Chief of Staff.  President Donald J. Trump’s attorneys were already in negotiation about transferring certain documents to the National Archives.  President Trump’s attorneys had previously turned over 15 boxes of documents.  A subpoena to review and transfer certain documents could have been easily served on President Trump’s attorneys to turn over additional documents.  There was no need to serve a warrant on a former US President’s personal residence in an abusive and inappropriate raid.  Upon departure from the residence, the FBI Agents provided a receipt for every item and document taken.

Barrack Hussein Obama and Hillary Clinton did not turn over historical presidential records and classified documents when they left office, yet 100 FBI Agents did not raid their homes, and remove documents and material in 50 to 100 boxes.  That fact is further proof of a two-tier justice system.

The upper echelons of the FBI on the sixth floor of FBI Headquarters interfered politically in three national elections in a row, filed four false FISA documents with the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, supported the false Russia Collusion Hoax with Hillary Clinton’s created false dossier, tried to take down a duly elected President, and raided the personal residence of President J. Donald Trump. 

The Leadership of the Bureau has negatively affected the reputation of the 12,000 very hardworking and honest FBI Agents in the field who put their lives at risk daily, have severely damaged the 114-year outstanding reputation of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and have lost the trust of most of the American people.

Justice is being weaponized by the Biden/Obama administration, there is no longer equal application under the law or justice under the law.  The protection of legal rights, personal Liberties, and individual Freedoms provided to all American Citizens by the US Constitutional, is hanging in the balance, by a thread!

Unprecedented: FBI Agents Raid Trump's Mar-A-Lago Home

Former president likens 'siege' to actions of 'third-world countries'

Former President Trump said Monday evening his Mar-A-Lago home in Florida is "under siege" by a "large group" of FBI agents.

"Nothing like this has ever happened to a President of the United States before," he wrote in a statement.

"After working and cooperating with the relevant Government agencies, this unannounced raid on my home was not necessary or appropriate," Trump said. "It is prosecutorial misconduct, the weaponization of the Justice System, and an attack by Radical Left Democrats who desperately don't want me to run for President in 2024, especially based on recent polls, and who will likewise do anything to stop Republicans and Conservatives in the upcoming Midterm Elections."

Trump said that such "an assault could only take place in broken, Third-World Countries."

"Sadly, America has now become one of those Countries, corrupt at a level not seen before," Trump said.

He alleged the FBI agents broke into his safe.

"What is the difference between this and Watergate, where operatives broke into the Democrat National Committee?" he asked. "Here, in reverse, Democrats broke into the home of the 45th President of the United States."

Fox News reported Trump was in New York City at Trump Tower when the raid was carried out.

An FBI source confirmed to the news channel that FBI agents from Washington, D.C., conducted the raid.

Last week, Sen. Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, announced whistleblowers from the Washington field office allege the agent in charge of their office, Timothy Thibault, helped cover up derogatory information on the Biden family's influence peddling operation and also was "deeply involved" in the decision to open the investigation against President Trump of so-called "fake electors."

The bureau's Evidence Response Team conducted the raid and notified the Miami Field Office just before it was carried out.

Fox News said the Justice Department is probing the discovery of 15 boxes of records containing classified information allegedly taken to Mar-A-Lago at the end of presidency. Federal law prohibits the removal of classified documents to unauthorized locations.

However, it could be argued that Trump had the authority as president to declassify the documents.

Meanwhile, the House Jan. 6 committee is investigating Trump allies regarding the former president's challenge of the results of the 2020 election.

The House minority leader, Kevin McCarthy, tweeted a warning to President Biden's attorney general, Merrick Garland.

"I've seen enough," McCarthy said. "The Department of Justice has reached an intolerable state of weaponized politicization."

The GOP leader said that when Republicans "take back the House, we will conduct immediate oversight of this department, follow the facts, and leave no stone unturned."

"Attorney General Garland, preserve y0our documents and clear your calendar."

'As shocked as anybody'
Laura Trump, the wife of Trump’s son Eric, said in an interview Monday night with Fox News she spoke with her father-in-law, and he’s "as shocked as anybody" about the raid.

"Everybody from his team has been cooperating with the FBI, and there was no need to make such a big scene," she said.

The raid, she said, is about "weaponizing the justice system against somebody you do not like."

Steve Bannon, Trump’s former chief strategist, told Fox News the approval of the raid had to go up to the White House, through Garland, to Ron Klain, Biden’s chief of staff.

"This is about pure power politics," he said. "They are absolutely petrified Trump is going to announce in the next couple of weeks, win the nomination, win the White House."

Alan Dershowitz, the Harvard emeritus law professor who served as legal counsel for President Trump in his first impeachment trial, said a warrant cannot be issued if a subpoena would suffice.

The FBI, he said in an interview with Fox News host Sean Hannity, must have a "high level of cause demonstrating the evidence would have been destroyed."

"They darn well better have smoking gun proof," Dershowitz said, "which I don’t see happening."

Richard Grenell, former acting director of national intelligence under Trump, tweeted, "Third World dictators prosecute their political enemies."

He said President Biden "has weaponized the US government for his political purposes."

"It's outrageous," he wrote. "And creating a terrible precedent."

Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., tweeted that after the raid on Mar-A-Lago, "what do you think the left plans to use those 87,000 new IRS agents for?"

His reference was to a measure to nearly double the number of employees in the agency contained in the $430 billion climate, health care and tax overhaul passed on a 51-50 party-line vote by the Senate on Sunday.

In the last 21 months, the Biden/Obama administration has been undermining the financial stability of the nation and eliminated America’s energy independence, by instituting regulations that closed the Keystone Pipeline from Canada, halting all oil and natural gas recovery, canceled drilling and fracking on federal land, and re-entered the Paris Climate Accords.  The Biden/Obama administration imposed restrictive oil and gas regulations which amounted to a reduction in 25% of US oil production.  Those actions resulted in the highest gas prices at the pump in US History, increasing from $1.84/gal to as high as $9.60/gal (Chevron station Mendocino, CA).  The Biden/Obama administration has been selling oil from The Strategic Petroleum Reserve to Communist China and others, dangerously depleting US Oil reserves every month, severely endangering US National Security.  Biden then traveled to Saudi Arabia to beg for oil.

The rapidly increasing diesel prices have increased vehicle delivery cost for every product and all food items, rapidly increasing inflation; food prices have increased by 10%.  Rampant inflation was also fueled with the out-of-control spending of trillions of dollars by the Biden/Obama administration and the Democrat Congress on Socialist Programs, while printing millions of new American dollars, without matching the massive increase in currency, with a supply of consumer goods.  Furthering inflation in the Iran nuclear deal, Biden/Obama is providing $12 billion to Iran without Congressional approval.  When President Trump left office, the inflation rate was 1.5 %; today the inflation rate is 9.1%, and the producer price index inflation rate is 11.3%.  Rampant inflation will cost an American family $5,600/year.

In violation of US Immigration Laws, the Biden/Obama administration has ceded control of the Mexican Border to Mexican Drug Cartels, enabling them to smuggle truckloads of fentanyl from Communist China into the US.  The Drug Smugglers are selling drugs spliced with fentanyl on social media, killing America’s youth, who are dying at a rate of 300/day.  America’s youth are not overdosing; they have no idea that they are ingesting lethal doses of fentanyl stealthily added to drugs they purchase on the black market.   

Over 3 million Illegal Aliens from 161 countries have flooded across the southern border into the US, which includes human traffickers, drug dealers, convicted criminal Illegal Aliens, sex offenders, Radical Islamic Terrorists, and Agents from Communist Chinese, Communist Cuba, and Iran.  While the Biden/Obama administration is enabling dangerous terrorists and convicted criminals to enter the US, it is decrying and condemning a high school football coach for praying to God at the end of a game.   

As early as 1928, the Communist Party determined that racial differences among Americans constituted the weakest and most vulnerable point in America’s fabric.  The Marxists have been creating racial conflict in the US to divide civilian and military personnel.  The civilian and military leaders in the Pentagon are indoctrinating the US Armed Forces in Critical Race Theory, while discharging conservative highly qualified senior military personnel, falsely accusing them of being White Supremacists.  These leaders in the Pentagon have been destroying “The Combat Effectiveness” and “Unit Cohesion” in the US Armed Forces.

Throughout the Republic’s history, American’s K-12 students studied US History based on the foundation of God’s will and with revered principles outlined in the US Constitution.  Socialists, Progressives, and Marxists Domestic Enemies hijacked US History courses, corrupted them, and taught an untrue version of US History, creating conflict and hatred among the races, while indoctrinating the nation’s youth in a Hate America curriculum, with lies about White Privilege, Critical Race Theory, and Socialism; parents are opposing the indoctrination.  The Biden/Obama administration has been attacking American parents attending School Board meetings to oppose the teaching of Critical Race Theory, the Hate America curriculum, and Socialism.  The indoctrination of far-left Marxist ideology continues at most college campuses, where Freedom of Speech and Religion are being eliminated.

The Progressives, Socialists, and Marxists are now refusing to define women, while supporting transgender males to compete with them in sports, while allowing transgender males to cohabitate with women in bathrooms and locker rooms.  Bette Midler stated, “Women are being stripped of their rights over their bodies, their lives, and even of their name!  They do not call them 'women' anymore; they call them 'birthing people' or 'menstruators,' and even 'people with vaginas'!  Do not let them erase women!  Every human on earth owes women!"  Women’s rights are being systematically undermined by the Biden/Obama administration.

The mayors in many of the 450+ sanctuary cities in Blue States have been defunding police budgets, eliminated large numbers of police officers, resulting in a spike in crime, and a difficulty in recruiting police recruits.  Many sanctuary cities have eliminated or minimized bail policies, resulting in the release of habitual convicted criminals back into those cities, the day after their arrests, causing more violence, rioting, mass theft from retail businesses, shootings of innocent victims, and general lawlessness in the streets.

In a widely distributed video, Obama has been recorded saying, with regard to a third term, that he wishes he 

could be in his basement wearing an earpiece so that he could make an arrangement to deliver all the lines, but 

someone else would repeat them and carry them out.   

Chilling isn’t it? Now you can see why Biden is always wearing a mask; it covers up his expressionless mouth? Now you can also understand why Biden remained in his basement during the campaign, never went out in the public, never held one press conference during the entire election campaign, and still didn’t hold a real press conference after he was “supposedly” elected for 108 days.  He has had very few press conferences since, and repeatedly refuses to take questions from the press pool.

Barrack Hussein Obama has had Biden sign hundreds of Executive Orders to run the new Socialist Democrat 

Government and eliminate the development and production of oil.  Biden, directed by Obama, has been bypassing Congress in the legislative process governing by Executive Orders, criminally violating federal laws restricting Illegal Immigration, reining in trillions of dollars in out of control spending, preventing racial discrimination in the US Armed Forces, and taking no action to oppose the massive spike in crime while not supporting Police Officers.   

Harris has been instructed to take on some of the customary roles of the President by calling the Heads of State.  Most recently, she called the Heads of State of France and Canada to discuss mutually agreed  upon policies.  Vice Presidents have very rarely ever called Heads of State.

Obama will at some point instructs Harris to replace Biden as President by seeking approval from Congress to 

initiate provisions of the 25^th Amendment when it is determined that the President will not be capable of carrying out the responsibilities of the US President.  In anticipation for what will occur, Pelosi passed the provisions of the 25^th Amendment in the House, and that will authorized the Congressional removal of President Biden from office.  It will happen, when Obama instructs Harris to remove Biden from office.

American citizens will then have the first Communist President of the United States.  Harris, like her mother, 

father, and sister, is a Marxist.  Once Biden is removed, Harris will continue to take her marching orders from

Now Biden is on a witch-hunt to root out white career conservatives from the US Armed Forces.  An order issued by Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin required all members of the US Armed Forces to take a 60 day stand down to address “extremism”.  Obama, Biden, Harris, and Austin are falsely accusing many of the 2+ million members of the US Armed Forces of harboring "extremists and white supremacists in the ranks”!  It was unprecedented, discriminatory, and a dangerous practice that will create instability, destroy unit cohesion, undercut retention, negatively affect recruiting, and is destroying the “Combat Effectiveness” of the US Armed Forces.  

Biden, under the stealth directions of Obama, has already initiated a broad initiative in the US Government, in DOJ, and in the Socialist Democrat Congress, with the support of the Marxist Main Stream Media, to severely curtail the provision in the Second Amendment, that currently provides every American citizen with the “Right To Bear Arms”.   

If governors of Blue States are again allowed to illegally bypass state election laws, as they did in the 2020 election, and mail “Paper Voting Ballots” to every resident of their states, regardless of whether they are legally registered to vote, there will never be another free and fair election in the United States.  

As long as the Dominion Voting Machines (75% owned by Communist China) tabulate the votes in 31 states, and those voting machines that can have the vote totals changed externally from foreign countries via the Internet, Republicans will never win another national election.

It was a coup!

"Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of 

any other." (John Adams).  The defeat of Nazi Germany and Japan in 1945 led to the rise of America’s superpower 

status and its superior military force.  Thereafter, our enemies understood that defeating America by military might 

was not an option, but decided a clandestine operation from within might be achievable. Throughout the 20th 

century and until today, the infiltration of Communists within our midst, along with domestic operatives willing to 

aid the enemy for the right price or through the use of blackmail, undermined our foundation and founding 

principles upon which this country was built.

The United States, the land of liberty and rule of law, provided its citizens and foreign guests the benefit of living in 

the land of the free.  In the spirit of détente, however, initiated by Henry Kissinger and the Nixon administration, 

America opened its doors to Communist China.  Beginning with the exchange of students, many Chinese with 

membership in the CCP began to arrive at our universities. Currently, we have 369,000 Chinese students attending 

American universities. 

The Chinese Ministry of State Security operates a global intelligence network on our shore through a variety of 

business and industry officials and the Chinese Scholar Associations. Additionally, China operates Confucius 

Institutes at 67 of our college campuses and 17 K-12 public schools where they indoctrinate and gather intelligence 

by staffed Intelligence operators.

American administrations saw in China a large open market for American goods; thus the push for China to 

become a member of the World Trade Organization in the early ’90s became a reality. Joe Biden, along with Bill 

Clinton, sold America a Psy-Op by advancing a false narrative suggestive of an America benefiting from the cost 

of cheap labor and cheap goods. Our complicit, obedient media followed along without any investigative reports 

to the contrary.

Within a span of thirty years, we saw the rise of China and the deterioration of the United States. While China with 

its newfound riches began to build skyscrapers, bridges, and new highways, the United States infrastructure was 

falling apart. Roads and highways needed updating, bridges were crumbling, and our sidewalks and streets in major 

urban areas were substandard. During these years, China invested heavily in all areas of American society—from 

American entertainment companies, real estate, banking, and financial institutions, American newspapers, the 

media, Hollywood, and American brands such as Nike—and made contributions of over a billion dollars to American 

universities, where Chinese spies often were planted with the task of stealing intellectual property.  By the time 

China unleashed the Wuhan virus (whether deliberately or accidentally), they were very well-positioned to influence 

public opinion.  As a sign of China's newfound influence, America’s media refused to refer to the Wuhan virus by its 

name. The Wuhan virus became COVID-19, lest Americans be reminded of who was responsible for the pandemic. 

Hollywood, on cue, rolled out their spokesmen to denounce anyone, especially President Trump, who placed the onus 

squarely where it belonged – on China!

As the election neared, China was well ensconced in every facet of American lives. China had gobbled up many of our 

resources and much of American ingenuity. From farmland in the Midwest and South to American ports and large 

segments of American industries, they could not have done it without the help of unscrupulous American legislators 

in our halls of Congress and the White House. 

There were no investigative reporters willing to ask if there were kickbacks for Maxine Waters, Mitch McConnell, 

Feinstein, Schumer, Pelosi, Obama, and the Clintons for their support of sweet deals on behalf of China. Hunter 

Biden received a $1.5 billion contract with Red China while his father was Vice-President. His mission was to 

acquire interests in companies that supply our U.S. Military and Industrial Complex for the purpose of improving 

Communist China’s defense industry. Surprisingly, neither the media, the FBI, CIA, or the Justice Department 

launched an investigation into the Bidens' shady deals with a Communist foe. For two years we've waited for the 

Durham report, a report that never materialized. As of today, no one has faced the consequences of the Russian 

collusion hoax.

The beginning of last summer brought forth a sea of riots and violence in dozens of cities throughout the United 

States as Black Lives Matter and Antifa, two Marxist funded and trained groups, took to the streets.

President Trump, predicted to win the November election by a landslide, was suddenly faced with a two-pronged 

attack: a pandemic with its origin in Red China, and domestic upheaval by Marxists here at home.

Nevertheless, support for President Trump was high. Not only did he manage to keep his base, but he made 

significant inroads into the Black and Hispanic communities. His rallies drew tens of thousands, while Biden 

could only gather a few dozen whenever he managed to leave what the media termed “his basement.” As 

November 3 approached, regardless of what the biased mainstream media predicted, the eyes of America told 

a different story. It appeared President Trump was on his way to a second term.

Americans were unaware the Dominion voting machines with ties to China and originally manufactured to 

rig the election for Hugo Chavez in Venezuela were used to tally our ballots. The same Dominion machines 

were designated to be used in six swing states to tilt the election for Joe Biden. At midnight on Nov. 3, 

Americans went to bed with the knowledge that President Trump was winning by a landslide, only to wake 

up the next morning to see Joe Biden declared by the media and Big Tech as the President-Elect of the United 

States.  Apparently, while America slept, the vote count simultaneously stopped in all swing states, only to be 

resumed in the middle of the night with no oversight. And because Dominion could be plugged into the internet, 

the Red Chinese (along with Iran and Russia) were most likely, to their delight, seeing the tallies change in real-

time (see here, here, and here).

The CCP’s influence in the United States could not have occurred without the introduction of Cultural Marxism, 

which began with the withdrawal of religion and God from our daily lives. Beginning decades ago, we saw the Left 

and their proxies in the press, the world of entertainment, and our universities ridicule religion and espouse the 

virtues of Secularism. The decline of mores and norms, the earmarks of Western Civilization, took its toll. Ideals 

such as honor, nobility, honesty, civility, self-reliance, and self-respect were tossed into the waste bin of history. 

What took its place was vulgarity in speech and action, lack of self-restraint, and an emphasis on feelings instead 

of knowledge and virtue. It is that uncivilized and immoral culture that produced scoundrels we see in public office 

today. There is a direct correlation between America’s unraveling and the rise of Joe Biden, Bill and Hillary Clinton, 

Chuck Schumer, and Nancy Pelosi to positions of leadership.

Today, with Biden fully ensconced in the White House, surrounded by barbed wire and thousands of troops, 

D.C. is now more reminiscent of a Third World Banana Republic where elections are determined not by voters, 

but by who counts the vote. As in all countries seized by Communism, the Great Purge has begun. Trump 

supporters are censored and de-platformed by Big Tech. Many are blacklisted from employment opportunities 

or fired from jobs they once held, and men like Mike Lindell, My Pillow guy, can no longer sell his pillows at Bed, 

Bath, and Beyond, and Kohl.  Lin Wood, a brilliant, righteous prominent defamation attorney whose quest for 

justice is legendary—and a Trump supporter—is threatened by the Georgia Bar with having his license 

revoked unless he undergoes a mental health examination; the First Amendment be damned. The Communist 

objective is to destroy the opposition by silencing the influencers, remove them from public life, and instill fear 

in the rest of America.

In his first week in office, Biden canceled the Keystone Pipeline and the 70,000 jobs that went with it. 

Additionally, he has outlawed fracking. Both the Keystone Pipeline and fracking were instrumental in keeping

us energy independent. Now, once again, we will be dependent on foreign oil. Gas prices have already risen 15%. 

With a nod to Big Pharma, he has increased the price of insulin by halting President Trump’s HHS freeze on it. 

Our borders are again wide open, and he has ordered the border wall to come to a halt. Caravans from Central 

America have already formed, and Biden has ordered ICE to halt deportations for all, including illegal criminals.

While millions of Americans are out of work, he has earmarked $4 billion to Central America. He has restored 

economic aid to the Palestinians and has agreed to let their offices be reopened in New York while committing 

himself once again to the failed two-state solution. He has re-entered the Paris Climate Accord, a move that will 

hurt American companies and increase the loss of jobs. There is talk of the Biden administration rejoining the 

Iranian Nuclear Deal. While legislating from the Oval Office with the stroke of a pen is not in keeping with our 

Constitution—where the power to legislate is granted to Congress—Biden, in his first day in office, egregiously 

erased President Trump’s 1776 Commission, a pro-America promotion of America’s founding principles, in 

favor of a continuation of the 1619 Project, an anti-American program that favors tribalism and critical race 

theory.

The actions undertaken by Biden are not the earmarks of policies designed to benefit Americans. They are the 

policies of domestic proxies acting on behalf of foreign enemies. We, the American people, did not vote for the 

above policies.  Instead, we are being governed without the consent of the governed. Hundreds of sworn affidavits 

of irregularities, unconstitutional changes in state laws, and demonstrations of voting machines accessible to 

hacking suggest there was foreign interference.  Biden’s cozy relationship and sweetheart deals with Red China 

on behalf of his son, along with a billionaire oligarchy bent on a One World Order, through the use of cyber 

warfare conducted a coup upon the United States on November 3. 75% of Republican voters believe the election 

was stolen.  Eighty million Americans will not sit idly by without redress.

Fentanyl is a deadly drug.  If an individual encounters even a small amount or has a mere exposure to Fentanyl’s white powder, it can kill, and very quickly.  Fentanyl is being shipped by the truckload from Communist China to Mexico, and it is then smuggled by the Mexican drug cartels, who now have control of the “wide open” southern Mexican Border.  

Mexican Drug Smugglers are selling different drugs spliced with fentanyl online and on social media.  The Mexican Drug Smugglers are killing 300 of America’s youth every day, who are being exposed to fentanyl (that is equivalent to the number of passengers that normally fill a jumbo jet).  

America’s youth are not really overdosing, since they have no idea that they are ingesting a lethal dose of fentanyl, which is being added to other drugs they normally purchase from Mexican Drug Dealers.

Border Patrol agents seized 250 pounds of fentanyl, enough to potentially kill everyone living on the west coast of the country, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced Monday.

The border agents confiscated the drugs after pulling over a U.S. citizen driver of a 2015 Black GMC truck near Campo, California, where a drug sniffing dog found multiple packages of fentanyl hidden in the car’s spare tire and its gas tank, according to CBP. 

Using the DEA’s metric that one kilogram of fentanyl has the potential to kill 500,000 people, the seizure contained over 56 million doses. The seizure has an estimated street value of $3,679,000, according to CBP.

The population of California, Oregon and Washington combined is around 51,000,000, according to 2021 Census Bureau data.

CBP has confiscated over 8,400 pounds of fentanyl so far this fiscal year, according to the agency’s statistics.

“Our agents prevented these dangerous narcotics from reaching our communities. I am proud to say that our Border Patrol Agents here in San Diego Sector are responsible for over 50% of all the fentanyl seized by the U.S. Border Patrol this fiscal year,” Chief Patrol Agent Aaron Heitke said in a statement Monday.

The smuggler and drugs were handed over to the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), according to CBP.

Neither CBP nor the DEA responded to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s requests for comment.

In a recent Monmouth Poll, 88% of Americans believe the US is headed in the wrong direction, and have been openly asking why the Biden/Obama administration has not made a mid-course correction, like President Clinton once made in a Congressional Mid-Term Election, to shift from leftist programs to more moderate programs, so he could salvage the Clinton administration from a devastating defeat in the Congressional election.  

The media establishment and Democrats running for re-election are also perplexed as to why the Biden/Obama administration is still allowing 8,000 Illegal Aliens/day from 161 countries to invade the United States with no inspection or processing, is allowing the smuggling of a 4000% increase in fentanyl from Communist China flooding across the wide open southern border which is now killing 300 of America’s youth each day, is continuing policies that have driven inflation to the highest level in 40 years, and has decreased the production of 25% of the US produced oil that has increased the cost of gas at the pump to the highest price in US History at over $7.00/gal in California and still increasing.

Since the US Department of Justice recently filed a lawsuit against Arizona in an attempt to block an Arizona State Law requiring voters to show proof of citizenship before being able to cast their ballots in a federal election; it is obvious that the Biden/Obama administration wants Illegal Aliens to be able to vote in the 2022 Mid-Term Congressional Election.

It appears the estimated 5 million Illegal Aliens that have been allowed to invade the United States by the Biden/Obama administration over the last 2 years, and the 20 million Illegal Aliens already residing in the United States are the targets to be illegally registered to vote by the Biden/Obama administration to rig and steal the 2022 Mid-Term Congressional Election.  Registering Illegal Aliens or any voters by Federal Agencies is in violation of the Hatch Act and Federal Laws.  According to US Federal Election Laws, registering voters is “only” a state function.

Veteran Journalist: Biden Hiding Comprehensive Plan to RIG 2022 Election

“Really does not want the public to know”

Joe Biden is strategizing now to rig the 2022 vote results, and is hiding his schemes from the American public "until at least after the November midterm elections," charges the editor-in-chief at The Federalist and a senior journalism fellow at Hillsdale College.

Mollie Ziegler Hemingway, also a Fox News contributor whose work has been in the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, the Washington Post, CNN and more, wrote that all the signs are there he's engaging in "a concerted effort" to rig the results.

"The lack of transparency … is so bad that the Department of Justice and some of its agencies have been repeatedly sued for the information," she charges.

"President Biden really does not want the public to know about his federal takeover of election administration. Dozens of members of Congress have repeatedly asked for details, to no avail. Good government groups, members of the media, and private citizens have filed requests under the Freedom of Information Act. Not a single one has been responded to," she wrote.

The secrecy, she said, follows Biden's demands of "all 600 federal agencies to 'expand citizens' opportunities to register to vote and to obtain information about, and participate in, the electoral process.'"

Previously, Republican politicians, constitutional scholars and election integrity specialists have worried "exactly what was up his sleeve."

She explained, "The 2020 election had suffered from widespread and coordinated efforts by Democrat activists and donors to run 'Get Out The Vote' operations from inside state and local government election offices, predominantly in the Democrat-leaning areas of swing states. Independent researchers have shown the effect of this takeover of government election offices was extremely partisan and favored Democrats overwhelmingly."

At the time Biden issued his order, Democrats were scheming to impose H.R. 1 on the nation, which would destabilize elections across the nation by giving federal officials authority over them.

Interestingly, Democrat leaders like House Speaker Nancy Pelosi have expressed strong confidence in a Democrat victory in 2022 – and Democrat congressional majority – following this fall's elections, despite the fact that virtually all polls are expecting a GOP takeover in the House, and possibly the Senate.

Biden's order demanded that every federal agency, within 200 days, give to Susan Rice, his "hyper partisan domestic policy adviser," their plans.

But those all still remain concealed, Hemingway said.

Citing critics of Biden's conspiratorial plans, she said, "It’s unethical to tie federal benefits to election activity. It’s unconstitutional to have the federal government take authority that belongs to the states and which Congress has not granted. And, given that all 50 states have different laws and processes governing election administration, it’s a recipe for chaos, confusion, and fraud at a time when election security concerns are particularly fraught."

And "mobilizing voters," she said, is always "political."

"Choosing which groups to target for Get Out The Vote efforts is one of the most important activities done by political campaigns. Federal agencies that interact with the public by doling out benefits can easily pressure recipients to vote for particular candidates and positions," she said.

And the Hatch Act was adopted in 1939, banning bureaucrats and bureaucracies from being involved in election activities, after Democrats then used the Works Progress Administration programs for partisan political agendas.

In fact, Hemingway said, Biden's order copies much of its demands from a "left-wing dark money group" called Demos, and it was that group's former officials, K. Sabeel Rahman and Chiraag Bains, that Biden installed in White House jobs watching elections.

"Conservatives may be in the dark, but left-wing activist groups are fully involved in the plot," Hemingway said.

Demos even volunteered to help federal agencies submit to Biden's order, and then confessed it "organized agency-based working groups and met with the staff in these agencies to provide technical expertise as they developed their initial voter registration plans, to ensure those plans reflect the knowledge and priorities of various agency stakeholders."

Biden's scheming and concealing already has raised concerns in Congress, where Rep. Ted Budd, R-N.C., and others demanded information of the Office of Management and Budget, which refused to respond.

Hemingway noted that facts that have emerged include that the Department of Labor has boasted of turning 2,300 American Job Centers into "voter outreach" centers, and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services is doing the same with "thousands of health care facilities."

Also, the Department of Housing and Urban Development told public housing officials to run voter registration drives, even though they previously were barred because they get federal money.

She explained, "Americans have a right to know whether these bureaucracies that are meddling in elections have experts in for each state’s election laws, what type of training is going on to ensure that state laws are being followed, whether they are allowing inspections and oversight to ensure no illegal activity, how they are determining whether a third-party group is genuinely non-partisan, whether they are allowing state investigators to approve money, and how much is being spent on this federal takeover of elections."

Just a day earlier, Margot Cleveland, a senior legal correspondent at The Federalist, wrote house the Democrats rigged the 2020 results.

That election, she said, "was rigged with every illegal drop box placed in Democrat-heavy precincts," and "when the Pennsylvania legislature unconstitutionally authorized no-excuse absentee voting and when Philadelphia clerks illegally inspected ballots and then told Democrat activists which voters needed to cure their ballots for their votes to count."

Also, "when Wisconsin election officials ignored the state election code, telling voters they were 'indefinitely confined' because of Covid and that nursing homes could ignore Wisconsin’s requirement that special voting deputies oversee elections in residential facilities," and "with every dollar of Zuck Bucks designed to get out the Democrat vote, and with every leftist activist embedded in county clerks’ offices to push such efforts while accumulating untold voter data to the benefit of the Biden campaign."

Other factors: "Georgia rendered the election code’s mandate of signature verifications inoperable and the state court delayed a hearing on Trump’s challenge to the Georgia outcome until after the vote certification, thereby ignoring evidence that more than 35,000 illegal votes were included in the state’s tally — more than enough to require a court to throw out the election."

Billions of US Taxpayer dollars are being repeatedly sent to Ukraine to secure Ukraine’s borders from an “invasion” by Russians.  Yet the US Southern Border Wall with Mexico that was almost completed, and needs far less funds than those sent to Ukraine each week to secure the US southern border from the “invasion” of millions of Illegal Aliens, are being withheld.  The paid construction material needed to complete the Southern Border Wall is sitting on the ground near the gaps in the Southern Border Wall, is not allowed to be employed to finish the wall by the Biden/Obama administration.  

A completed Southern Border Wall would provide the desperately needed security from a US “invasion” by millions of Illegal Aliens from 161 countries, including many Radical Islamic Middle East Terrorists listed on the Terrorists Watch List, convicted Illegal Alien felons, drug smugglers, Chinese Communists militants, Cuban Communists militants, dangerous Iranian militants, human smugglers, MS-13 gang members, and the massive amount of Illegal Drugs, laced with fentanyl, that is killing 300 young Americans “every week.”

Millions of American Citizens in 550 sanctuary cities in the United States are required to live in unstable and dangerous environments, where convicted Illegal Alien felons are released into their cities, drug dealers operate at will, human smugglers bring in young women, Illegal Aliens with deportation orders are allowed to remain, where MS-13 gang members terrorize residents, Radical Islamic Terrorists are free to operate, radical ANTIFA operatives riot in the streets, and Black Lives Matter recruit new members.  They are all being protected from arrest, incarceration, trial, and deportation.  The environment is insecure, unstable, and dangerous for residents, their children, single women, the elderly, and retired Americans who are unable to leave because of low incomes. 

In the midst of the insecure environment in those 550 Sanctuary Cities, the Biden/Obama administration, Big Tech, Progressives, the Far Left Media Establishment, Marxists, Communists, and the Socialist Democrats have been defunding police forces, perpetrating relentless attacks on The Second Amendment, restricting Freedom of Speech on Social Media platforms, on College Campuses, and the Far Left Media Establishment, making the lives of American Citizens much more dangerous.

I recently led a group of about 100 citizens to tour Israel for nearly two weeks. Before returning to the United States, all participants had to indicate their vaccination status and take a COVID-19 test for reentry.

Anxieties swept the group as Israeli testers swabbed them.

Anyone testing positive would have to delay his or her return. That quarantine would entail spending thousands of dollars in finding scarce hotel accommodations, additional living expenses, and rebooked airline tickets—depending upon the length of the mandatory sequestration.

Contrast the tens of thousands of foreign nationals now mustering to cross illegally into the United States again this summer. They follow the already 2 million who have entered the country unlawfully since Joe Biden became president.

Does any foreign national worry about being tested for COVID-19, much less fear being turned away if he tests positive or for lack of proof of vaccination?

Or do we scrutinize far more carefully U.S. citizens entering legally their own country than we do noncitizens crossing our borders unlawfully?

For that matter, the government is still determined to fire thousands of federal workers and U.S. military personnel who refused the new mRNA vaccinations. Most citizens who were not vaccinated feared that the inoculations were either possibly dangerous to their health or ineffective in preventing COVID-19 infections or would not necessarily lead to herd immunity.

Are 2 million nonvaccinated foreigners arriving unaudited from impoverished countries less of a threat during the pandemic than fully audited American citizens employed by the federal government? Why would we fire unvaccinated Americans but welcome equally unvaccinated noncitizens?

The Biden administration blasted the Trump southern border wall and canceled all further funding.

Yet it just appropriated $40 billion to Ukraine to ensure that it does not lose its border war against Russian aggression.

That is a tiny percentage of the federal budget. But the aid is full of symbolic irony, nonetheless. The multibillion-dollar appropriation would have more than covered the completion of the entire wall along our own southern border.

An outside observer might conclude that the U.S. government intends to uphold the universal idea of national sovereignty, internationally recognized borders, and the security of citizens inside their own country—as long as they are not American citizens.

There are currently over 550 “sanctuary” jurisdictions established by state and local governments. They aim to prevent federal immigration authorities from deporting illegal aliens, including tens of thousands detained by law enforcement for committing additional crimes.

The nation has not experienced such blatant nullifications of federal laws since the efforts of pre-Civil War Southern states—or the 1960s southern governors who defied federal efforts to enforce U.S. civil rights legislation.

So, can any citizens now simply vote to declare their hometown or local county immune from federal legislation?

That is, can a city or county nullify as it pleases the IRS tax code, endangered species laws, or federal gun registration legislation?

Or is nullification only permissible in the interest of noncitizens and lawbreakers?

These asymmetries also transcend noncitizens.

We have developed entire classes of American elite citizens who are not subject to the enforcement of the law—at least as it is applied to others either less influential or ideologically incorrect.

Federal prosecutors sought to jail Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn for six months for not telling the truth to federal agents.

They put another Trump subordinate, George Papadopoulos, in jail for two weeks for lying to federal prosecutors.

Recently the FBI stormed into an airport to arrest former Trump adviser Peter Navarro for contempt of a congressional subpoena.

OK, defying federal law has consequences.

Or does it?

Former Obama administration Attorney General Eric Holder brazenly defied congressional subpoenas and was found in contempt—a historic first.

Did the FBI ever arrest Holder, much less as he boarded an airplane?

James Clapper, former director of national intelligence, confessed he flat-out lied under oath to a congressional committee.

So did former Central Intelligence Agency chief John Brennan—twice!

Andrew McCabe repeatedly lied to federal investigators as acting director of the FBI.

Were any of them arrested or tried in the manner of Flynn, Papadopoulos, or Navarro?

If not, what then is left of the foundation of U.S. citizenship—universal equal treatment under the law?

There are lots of reasons why the looming November midterms will likely see historic levels of pushback against the Biden administration, Democratic candidates, and the entire progressive agenda.

Take your pick of the many self-induced Biden disasters, among them hyperinflation, unaffordable gasoline, out-of-control crime, and foreign policy humiliations.

But one reason why voters are furious is rarely expressed.

Americans feel that ordinary citizens like themselves who follow the rules are treated more harshly by their own government than are both noncitizens and our own progressive elites.

And they are right, and they are angry, and we will hear from them very soon.

The American Petroleum Institute (API) sent the Biden/Obama administration the most effective way to restore US energy production, to regenerate the US economy, and the way to strengthen the National Security of the United States.  The below listed article outlines the API “10 Point Plan” of how the United States, during the administration of President Donald J. Trump, became energy independent, and that API “10 Point Plan” is how the Biden/Obama administration can make the United States energy independent once again.

The API “10 Point Plan” has been ignored by the Biden/Obama administration and it is threatening to use the Cold-War era "Defense Production Act" to force refineries and oil companies to refine and produce more oil, to bring down the price of gas at the pump.  That threat is a dishonest PR attempt to cover up the fact that the Biden/Obama administration has been closing oil pipelines from Canada, preventing oil exploration and recovery, preventing the recovery of natural gas, and has prevented the development of clean and safe nuclear energy reactors in the US to produce energy in the United States.  

Communist China has 225 operating nuclear power plants and is building many more to generate electricity; the US has 55 operating nuclear power plants that continue to be decommissioned under restrictive government regulations, while the construction of new US nuclear power plants are not being approved.

Since the Biden/Obama administration has taken control of the Oval Office, they have been imposing oppressive restrictive anti-oil regulations, which has resulted in the daily increases in the price of gas at the pump.  Today, gas at the pump is the highest it has ever been in US History.  When Biden repeatedly tells the leftist-controlled media that he is doing "all he can do to reduce the price of gas at the pump", it is another of his often told lies.  Unless the US oil companies are allowed to follow the below listed API's “10 Point Plan”, it will not be possible for the US to become energy independent once again. 

For the last 20 years, the Progressives, Socialist Democrats, Marxists, and Communist Domestic Enemies of the US have been working to destroy the US Constitutional Republic and change it to a Socialist State.  They do not want the US economy to continue as an independent Free Enterprise System.  The Free Enterprise System built the most effective economic engine in the history of all mankind; the Republic has had the most successful economy in World History.  Socialism has not been successful in any of the 70 countries it has been tried in over the last 100 years.  As with “all” Marxist governments over the last 100 years, the Marxists want a central Socialist Government to control the "production and distribution of all products."  

The Domestic Enemies of our US Constitutional Republic have been lying about the dangers of “Global Warming” and the danger of CO2 for the earth, for over 50 years.  They had to change the title of their fraudulent program from “Global Warming” to “Climate Change”, because Global Warming was easily proved to be a scam by scientists and an absolute false concept.  Since the climate changes hour by hour each day, that “new title” the fraud artists had settled on for their fake dangerous program was changed from “Global Warming” which was proven to be false, to “Climate Change.”  

The “Climate Change” proponents’ goal is to transition the current energy production in the United States to a New Green Reusable Energy of solar and wind energy, which is another massive fraud being perpetrated on the American population.  There is no feasible way that wind and solar energy can even begin to replace the energy created by coal fired plants, oil fired plants, from natural gas generation and nuclear energy.  Scientists have repeatedly informed the “Climate Change” proponents that CO2 should never be eliminated, as it is necessary for all foliage to grow on earth and keep the planet green.   

Eight countries continue to build new and operate 5,615 coal fired energy plants, spewing tons of smoke and carbon into the atmosphere daily, including Communist China (3,534 plants), India (1,034 plants), the EU (495 plants), Turkey (149 plants), Japan (135 plants), South Africa (103 plants), South Korea (84 plants), and the Philippines (79 plants).  All the while, the US has only 15 coal fired plants and is not building any new coal fired plants.  Yet the ”Climate Change “ proponents, US Domestic Enemies and the Biden/Obama administration have been giving a pass to Communist China, India, EU, Turkey, Japan, South Africa, South Korea, and the Philippines, who are building and operating thousands of new coal fired energy plants polluting the world, and continuing to impose oppressive “Climate Change” regulation on all US business entities designed to restrict and close down the US economy, even though the US has the cleanest environment in the world.

Pfizer’s CEO Albert Bourla states in the below article, that Pfizer’s experimental test injections, which he improperly calls vaccines, will effectively accomplish what Bill Gates has been hoping to accomplish for over 10 years under “The New World Order”, the reduction of the world population.  Pfizer CEO’s plan is to reduce the number of people in the world who can't afford our medicines by 50%” as explained in the below listed article.  The plan is to continue to force the world population to be inoculated with experimental test injections which have never been properly tested, as required, for the two year period to determine if they were safe for use in human inoculations.  Over the last two years, those injections have been killing millions of people worldwide, have been severely injuring, and disabling countless of millions of other individuals.   

At Davos, the unelected elites are pushing for radical restrictive policies in “The Great Reset” to usher in “The New World Order” which include, the elimination of private property, and personal transportation.  The plan is to shift the country’s currency to a digital currency that can be easily manipulated by the unelected elites.  The goal is to phase out the family unit, eliminating the Judeo-Christian religions, eliminate single family homes, and where all children will belong to and be educated by the state.  Their radical plan is to phase out eating meat and shifting diets to consume synthetic substances.  The goal is to eliminate the world’s oil based and coal burning energy systems and replace them with wind and solar energy; clean nuclear energy has been ignored.  

To usher in the “New World Order”, help control the world population, and to avoid massive opposition within various countries, the plan of the world’s elites is to create continued crises, confusion, and stress during “The Great Reset.”  Created crises will be hyped and supported by the Communist Chinese controlled leftist media establishment, with its continued focus on and the daily promotion of crises of every type, such as pandemics, wars, health emergencies, riots, the spread of dangerous diseases, global vaccine passports, and violence in the streets in order to usher in lockdowns, while shifting a country’s population away from the insistence on individual sovereignty, to the surrender and compliance with universal health rules to become a controlled and subservient member of the “New World Order” in exchange for the future peace and stability.

Remember the TED Talk by Microsoft founder Bill Gates in 2010, in which he expressed that if a good job was done on “new vaccines, healthcare, reproductive health services,” Gates and company could lower the world’s population by 10-15 percent? That would lead to the loss of 1,350,000,000 people on earth. Well, the self-appointed, bought-and-paid-for slack hecklers have dismissed his word and yet, Pfizer’s CEO appeared at Davos for the World Economic Forum to bolster that claim and up the ante by stating that they had a dream back in 2019 that by 2023, they would reduce the world population by 50%! Since General George Washington commanded the Continental Army, forty-two million Americans have served in defense of the Republic under the American Flag.  Over the past 246 years, one million American military personnel have been Killed In Action while serving in combat, and another million and a half have been Wounded In Action.

Each year on Memorial Day weekend, we recognize and honor American Patriots who have given the “last full measure of devotion” in service to the Republic, so their fellow Americans could live their lives free from oppression.  This year we support all Active Duty and Reserve Service members who, for the first time in 246 years, have been undergoing a year-long “Purge” to find and discharge conservative “White Supremacists” from the ranks.   

The Senior Advisor to The Secretary of Defense on Human Capital and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Bishop Garrison, implemented a program to indoctrinate all members of the US Armed Forces in Critical Race Theory, while searching out, locating, and discharging “White Supremacists.”  He developed regulations to prevent conservative white “Patriot Extremism” from serving in the US Armed Forces.  Garrison stated that anyone in the US Armed Forces who supported President Donald J. Trump is a racist and must be purged.  

We honor American Combat Veterans who gave their last full measure of devotion to their country, members of the US Armed Forces who are deployed and separated from their loved ones, and the 23 million Veterans who answered the call of duty, served in the defense of the Republic, were Honorably Discharged, and continue to serve their country in so many ways.  

On this Memorial Day weekend, the Republic’s most sacred and cherished Patriotic holiday, Patriotic Americans pay solemnhomage to the thousands of Gold Star Families for the enormity of their sacrifices, the loss of their cherished loved ones!
