American Citizens must unify, mobilize, and “Stand Strong” if the Republic hopes to prevail against Communist China in the future.  The Chinese Communist Party has been telling its population that Communist China is at “war” with the United States.  At the same time, Biden has been telling American Citizens that the United States is in “friendly” competition with Communist China. 

For the last three years, fentanyl, supplied by Communist China to Mexico has been smuggled into the United Sates by drug cartels, through the wide-open southern border, and the fentanyl has been “killing” over 100,000+ of America’s youth annually.  At the same time, the Biden/Obama administration has been selling very scarce emergency crude oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR), which has been reduced from 726 million barrels to 450 million barrels; the SPR is now at a 40-year low.  

The Biden/Obama administration has been selling crude oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) to Communist China, while restricting the drilling of crude oil in the US, and restricting the refining crude oil, driving up the price of oil at the pump, while creating the worst inflation in 40 years.

Communist China has been invading the US through the wide-open southern border, with over 400,000 young military Chinese males.  Their stealthy invasion is being mingled among the 8+ million Illegal Aliens from 160 countries that have been invading the United States over the last two years and 8 months.  America Citizens must unify, mobilize, and “Stand Strong” demanding that Congress and the Biden/Obama administration put an end to the invasion and seal the wide-open southern border.

The Biden/Obama administration has allowed Communist China to operate a Communist Chinese Police Station in New York City and in Houston, allowing Communist Chinese Police Officers to pressure dissident Chinese immigrants and threaten their relatives in Communist China if they do not return to Communist China.  American Citizens must unify, mobilize, and “Stand Strong” demanding that all Communist Chinese Police Officers and their Police Stations be removed from the US. 

The pending conflict with Communist China continues to be minimized by the Biden/Obama administration while lending a blind eye to the massive spying by Chinese Communist military spies, college students, business associates, industrial spies, and scientists.  American Citizens must unify, mobilize, and “Stand Strong” to oppose Communist China’s continued spying on the US Military, military contractors, and universities aimed at stealing Top Secret information.

For nearly three years the Biden/Obama administration supported Dr. Anthony Fauci, the National Institute of Health, and the CDC in their defense of Communist China, refuting the fact that the pandemic came from the Wuhan Laboratory, severely damaged the education of American children for two years, was destructive for the US economy, and perpetrated massive election fraud in the 2020 election.  American Citizens must unify, mobilize, and “Stand Strong” demanding that the Biden/Obama administration hold Communist China responsible for “killing” over one million Americans and severely injuring/crippling millions of Americans who contracted the Wuhan Virus.  

The Biden/Obama administration Justice Department has been filing LEGAL ACTIONS to empower Chinese Communists Nationals to buy up US land adjacent to US Military Bases involved with Top Secret Technology as well as allowing them to purchase hundreds of thousands of acres of US farmland.  American Citizens must unify, mobilize, and “Stand Strong” in states where the land purchases are taking place, and oppose those land sales in court.

The United States under the incompetent leadership of the Biden/Obama administration is unprepared to mobilize the US Armed Forces for the pending conflict with Communist China over the invasion of Taiwan.  For two years and eight months, the Biden/Obama administration has not re-ordered the billions of dollars of weapons and ammunitions delivered to Ukraine over the last 17 months, failing to restock the US weapons and ammunition stockpiles.  American Citizens must unify, mobilize, and “Stand Strong” and put pressure on members of the US House and US Senate Armed Services Committees to demand that DOD reorder and restock the depleted weapons and ammunition. 

In July 2023, Biden announced to the world that the United States can no longer deliver weapons and ammunitions to Ukraine as it has done, every month for last 17 months, because the US has depleted its weapons and ammunition stockpiles.  Biden’s inept pronouncement informed Communist China, Russia, and Iran that the US Armed Forces are in a severely weakened position, with depleted levels of weapons and ammunition in its US military stockpile.  

The United States industrial complex is not ready for or currently capable of replenishing the volume of military weapons and ammunition required to restock the weapons and ammunition stockpile.  America Citizens must unify, mobilize, and “Stand Strong” and demand that their elected Representatives in Congress take action to mobilize the US industrial complex to immediately produce military weapons and ammunition required for the defense of the Republic.

A Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Report stated that since 2020, the out of commission Navy’s Nuclear Attack Submarines have increased from 20 to 28 because of the lack of proper “planning, (the failure of) shipyard execution, and material shortages”; that report exposed the gross failure of DOD and CNO leadership, resulting in 28 Nuclear Attack Submarines not being able to get underway. 

For the last three years, the Naval Supply System has failed to initiate an emergency worldwide search for material needed to repair the 28 US Nuclear Attack Submarines that can no longer get underway.  The effort to repair those 28 Nuclear Attack Submarines could have been easily funded by the $1.89 billion budgeted and set aside by the US Navy for Global Warming.  The US Nuclear Submarine Force has been reduced from 71 to 43 operational nuclear submarines, those 43 nuclear Submarines are faced and opposed by 154 Communist Chinese, Russian, and Iranian nuclear and diesel submarines.

The United States oil industry is not ready for nor currently capable of replenishing the volume of fuel needed to refill the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR), or provide oil required to supply the US Armed Forces in a conflict.  In addition, the US shipbuilding industry does not have the ability to expand the number of seagoing logistic ships; the US Navy would need to be capable of delivering logistical support for US military forces in the event of a major global conflict with Communist China, Russia, and Iran, especially if Communist China decides to invade Taiwan prior to the 2024 election. 

Unless the Biden/Obama administration stops diverting trillions of dollars for Climate Change technology and social programs, and starts to spend billions of dollars to scale up weapons productions of hypersonic, cruise, ballistic missiles, and short-range anti-ship weapons, and allows the drilling and refining of crude oil now, the US Armed Forces would continue to decline in strength.  At current levels of weapons stockpiles and crude oil production, the US would lose the fight to defend Taiwan in a future conflict with Communist China, Russia, and Iran, in a matter of weeks. 

If the Biden/Obama administration stagnation continues, deterrence will fail.  The prospects for an American military victory in any major-power conflict with Communist China will also fail.  American Citizens must unify, mobilize, and “Stand Strong” and put pressure on Congress and the Biden/Obama administration to cease the procurement failures and the stagnation, and start diverting the trillions of dollars set aside for Climate Change to be spent on mobilizing the US Armed Forces and developing the Industrial Base to produce weapons systems and ammunition needed for future conflicts and homeland defense.

What Patriotic Americans Can Do to Resist the Destruction of Our Constitutional Republic

First, recognize that the United States a functioning Constitutional Republic, is trying to be deliberately transformed into a one-party Socialist State by Socialist Democrats, Domestic Enemies, Progressives, Communist China, and Marxist Antifa Terrorists.

The Deep State in the Federal Government, as an institution, is hopelessly corrupt and, the last two National Elections, have been corrupted by Massive Voter Fraud because of Ballot Harvesting, refusal in certain states to have Voter ID, and with Communist Chinese Dominion Vote Machines tabulating the vote in 31 states, resulting in the fact that true representative government does not exist in some states. 

Do not expect any top-down solutions for America’s problems to miraculously emerge from the Biden/Obama administration.   The U.S. Government has seceded from the people. Many members of Congress do not faithfully execute the views and needs of their constituents, they act more like representatives of foreign governments and focus on how to personally benefit from voting for certain policies. 

Angelo Codevilla noted that the United States already has a bona fide ruling class, which transcends government, a political aristocracy that sees itself as distinct from the rest of society and as the only element that may act on its behalf.  The ruling class considers those who resist it as having no moral or intellectual right, and, now, any civil right as well.

Republican Party leaders neither contest that view nor vilify their Democrat counterparts because they do not want to challenge the ruling class, they want to be part of it.

The Republican leadership has solidified its choice to no longer represent what had been its constituency, but to adopt the identity of junior partners in the ruling class. By repeatedly passing bills that contradict the views of its voters, the Republican Party has made political orphans of tens of millions of Americans.

The only remaining course of action for patriotic American, who want to restore our constitutional republic, is a bottom-up political insurgency based on the Constitution and the Founding documents. 

Foremost among them are the Second and Tenth Amendments.

The Second Amendment, “the right of the people to keep and bear Arms,” is now the only obstacle standing between freedom and the absolute tyranny the federal government now wishes to impose.

Buy firearms and lots of ammunition.

Identify constitutional sheriffs or law enforcement officers in your community and coordinate with them to form a “well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State.” That is, a militia capable of being deputized to fight against, not just criminality, but incursions by a tyrannical government.

Above all others, preserving the Second Amendment is the hill to die on.

The Second Amendment is not just the basis for the right of self-defense, but it is also the defense against tyranny and the guarantor of all other rights as the Founding Fathers recognized. 

“The laws that forbid the carrying of arms are laws of such a nature. They disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes…. Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man.” 

– Thomas Jefferson, Commonplace Book (quoting 18th-century criminologist Cesare Beccaria), 1774-1776.

“To disarm the people…[i]s the most effectual way to enslave them.”

– George Mason, referencing advice given to the British Parliament by Pennsylvania governor Sir William Keith, The Debates in the Several State Conventions on the Adoption of the Federal Constitution, June 14, 1788.

The Tenth Amendment states:

“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

Refuse to comply with and actively resist unlawful and unconstitutional edicts from the federal government. 

Remove and replace any local official acting contrary to the interests of the people. Take control of the local government, prosecutors, and school boards. Coordinate your activities with other similarly-acting communities in your region. Create Democrat Party- and Establishment Republican-free zones.

Give Democrats a taste of their own medicine. As much as local law will permit, arrest and prosecute or organize civil lawsuits against individuals or organizations engaged in the destruction of our Constitutional Republic.

Identify by name, address and photograph all Illegal Aliens in your community, which will facilitate their later deportation. Challenge all local employers who hire Illegal Aliens and any non-governmental organization facilitating the transport or support of Illegal Aliens in your community. Launch lawsuits when appropriate.

Strictly enforce Equal Opportunity. Expose and eliminate programs promoting grooming and sexualization of children, Critical Race Theory, and all similar forms of anti-American indoctrination.

Immediately, state out loud and often that Joe Biden is not a legitimate President of the United States, but a usurper, who was installed in office through an election stolen by organized Voter Fraud. 

Until the November 3, 2020 election is satisfactorily addressed, there can be no election integrity and the United States will remain a banana, not a Constitutional Republic.

Admittedly, my list of actions by Patriotic Americans to restore our Constitutional Republic is not exhaustive. Add your own ideas in the comments section.

In any case, the time for action is now. The collective effect of even the smallest acts of non-compliance can have an impact.
