We remember and honor the sacrifice of millions of members of the US Armed Forces who freed European Political Prisoners from Nazi Oppressors and have since been referred to as members of The Greatest Generation.  Americans fought and died to “free” millions of people from their National Socialist Oppression in Nazi Germany.  Patriotic American Citizens like Lt Col Larry Block, Jr., USAFA ’89, USAF (Ret) were faced with the Oppression of the Social Democrats, and their Marxists allies who created a “Two-Tier” Justice System and incarcerated him as a Political Prisoner.  

The goals of the Social Democrats “Two-Tier” Justice System were to bring about the following: to convince US Citizens that a January 6, 2021 riot in the US Capitol was an insurrection (despite the fact that not one US Citizen peacefully touring the US Capitol was armed), that many associates of President Donald J. Trump were criminals who must be sent to prison, to prevent American Citizens from ever having the right to vote for President Donald J. Trump in the 2024 Presidential Election, and to prosecute as many US Citizens who support MAGA initiatives that the Socialist Democrats oppose.    

For four years the Biden/Obama administration has been violating the US Constitution and abusing the US Justice System turning it into a “Two-Tier” Justice System.  One Justice System for Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, Barak Hussein Obama, Merrick Garland, Alejandro Mayorkas, Hunter Biden, James Biden, and the thousands of unprosecuted 2020 George Floyd rioters/looters whose looting/arson created $2 billion in losses and 6 deaths.  They have created a second Justice System for President Donald J. Trump, LTG Michael Flynn, USA (Ret), Steve Bannon, Rudy Giuliani, Paul Manafort, Roger Stone, Allen Weissenberg, George Papadopoulos, Lt Col Larry Block, Jr., USAFA ’89, USAF (Ret), and 1,000 American Citizens held without the right to have bail indefinitely, who were denied “speedy’ trials, were denied a trial by a jury of their peers, did not have the right to select their own court appointed defense attorneys, were required to remain in post-conviction detention, and were denied their “Freedom of Speech”. 

The article posted below this Op Ed is about an authentic American Patriot and Hero, Lt Col Larry Block, USAFA ‘89, USAF (Ret), who repeatedly put his life on the line in combat to Protect and Defend the US and his fellow American military personnel.  In an erosion of his fundamental rights as a US Citizen in the new Biden/Obama “Two-Tier” Justice System, Lt Col Block was arrested and incarcerated for over a year in a Washington, DC dungeon by Social Democrats for a “misdemeanor” offense.  They alleged, but never charged him with being involved in an insurrection at the US Capitol on January 6th.  He was detained without bail indefinitely during pretrial, denied the right to a “speedy” trial, denied a trial by a jury of his peers, was required to remain in post-conviction detention, and was denied “Freedom of Speech.”

What led to Lt Col Block’s oppression was what occurred in the US Capitol following the 2020 election on January 6, 2021.  He participated in exercising his “Freedom of Speech, along with other American Citizens exercising their Right to Freedom of Assemble, to call attention to the massive Voter Fraud that occurred in the 2020 Presidential Election; Social Democrats have since alleged that it was an insurrection, not a protest. 

For four years, the Voter Fraud that occurred in the 2020 Presidential Election was exposed by hundreds of press releases in various states, by hundreds of articles posted on the Internet, in the TV coverage of many Congressional Hearings and testimonies, and in reports released by State Police and State Commissions of the Voter Fraud that occurred in their states in the 2020 Presidential Election.  Millions of invalid votes were illegally cast in battleground states to put Biden in the Oval Office. 

The illegal election of Biden, provided Obama with the ability to ensure that $17.5 billion would be provided from the Biden Administration’s next four Annual Budgets to provide $70 billion to the UN to fund the invasion of 16 million Illegal Aliens from 180 countries into the US, covering their travel costs, housing and feeding them on their journey, providing them free cell phones, and giving them credit cards whose totals were renewed each month. 

The invaders include thousands of Iranian and Middle East Radical Islamic Terrorists, inmates released from foreign prisons and insane asylums, convicted criminals, over 400,000 Chinese Communist Military personnel, and thousands of Terrorists on the FBI Terror Watch List (in 2024 alone, over 400 terrorists on the FBI Watch List were captured trying to enter the US; thousands of terrorists were successful in entering the US over the four years). 

US Citizens were “not” taken in by the Socialist Democrat propaganda and lies that the 2020 Presidential Election was the most honest election in US History.  Millions of American voters knew from information released in their own states, that the 2020 Presidential Election was stolen electronically and by the ballot harvesting policies executed in key battleground states.  It was a mathematical impossibility for Biden, who was hiding in his basement and hardly ever campaigned, to get more votes than the 74,223,234 votes cast for President Trump; President Trump’s vote total was the largest number of votes ever cast for any US President in US History. 

The Socialist Democrats, Obama, his fellow Marxists allies, US Domestic Enemies, and Radical Progressives perpetrated the massive Voter Fraud that occurred in the 2020 Presidential Election.  Vice President Pence, presiding as the President of the Senate, supervised the counting of the electoral votes, and declared Biden as the new US President.  With the help of Vice President Pence, there was little or no opposition in the Senate to confirm Biden as the new US President. 

The massive Voter Fraud was perpetrated in 31 states employing the Communist Chinese owned Dominion Voting Machines whose vote totals can be changed remotely via the Internet in the middle of the night, and by the massive ballot harvesting operation that continued uninterrupted for over a one-month period in key battleground states; millions of illegal ballots harvested were illegally counted as valid votes.  

The massive Voter Fraud was perpetrated electronically in Dominion Voting Machines, and by ballot harvesting in violation of the US Constitution and US Federal Law; it was the Highest Act of Treason ever perpetrated in US History.  Pelosi solely selected every member of the January 6th Congressional Committee, and only allowed two Rhino Republicans who the Republican Minority Leader opposed, in violation of Congressional Rules, Pelosi’s “one party” Socialist Democrat Corrupt Congressional Committee was employed by the elected Social Democrats in the US House to cover up the theft of the 2020 Presidential Election.  Pelosi tried to mislead the American people with the lie that the Congressional Committee was established because there was an insurrection initiated by President Trump to overturn the election of Biden.  

The Speaker of the House has always been responsible for the security of the US Capital, yet Pelosi refused President Trump’s offer to deploy 10,000 US Army troops to Capitol Hill to ensure the security of the US Capitol prior to the January 6th date when the US Senate would count and verify the electoral ballots.   A video that can viewed by clicking on the below listed link, was recorded of Nancy Pelosi stating that she was taking the responsibility for not providing adequate security of the US Capitol on January 6, 2021; adequate security would have prevented the riot that occurred.  https://twitter.com/i/status/1800207258514575730  

One million concerned US Citizens showed up in Washington, DC on January 6, 2021, to exercise their Right to Freedom of Assembly on the grounds of the Washington Monument to listen to President Donald J. Trump speak to express his opinion, backed by facts provided to his administration by various states, that massive Voting Fraud had been perpetrated on and prior to Election Day.   

Violent ANTIFA thugs, wearing MAGA hats, arrived on January 6th in buses with signs on the side of their buses labeled ANTIFA, the buses were escorted to the site of US Capitol by Washington DC Police cruisers.  The buses arrived while President Trump was still speaking at the site of the Washington Monument.  The ANTIFA thugs in MAGA hats departed their buses, entered the US Capitol building, and initiated rioting while the President was still speaking at the Washington Monument. 

Pelosi’s “one party” Socialist Democrat Corrupt Congressional Committee covered up the fact that ANTIFA thugs had begun the rioting in the US Capitol building while President Trump was still speaking at the Washington Monument to a million of his supporters, and that several videotapes showed individuals who were later accused of being FBI informants, and were encouraging US Citizens entering the US Capitol to act in a disorderly manner. 

After President Trump completed his speech at the Washington Monument, thousands of concerned US Citizens were videotaped peacefully entering the US Capitol building under the supervision of US Capitol Police Officers.  Nancy Pelosi never allowed the release of those videos of US Citizens walking peacefully along routes designated by the Capitol Police Officers. 

Obama employed the Justice Department in the “Two-Tier” Justice System to charge over 1,000 US Citizens, who were touring the US Capitol building, and were caught up in during a period where rioting was occurring in the US Capitol.  Over 1,000 US Citizens were subsequently charged by the DOJ, then rounded up by the FBI, and were subsequently incarcerated in the Washington, DC dungeons for years, pending their trials. 

Innocent and peaceful US Citizens, including Lt Col Block, as well as US Citizens who never entered the US Capitol, were incarcerated for over three years.  After being charged, US Citizens were prevented from exercising their Constitutional right to post bail so they could be released pending trial.  Hundreds of the incarcerated US Citizens were denied the right to a “speedy” trial, denied their desperately needed medical treatment (even in cancer cases), were repeatedly beaten by prison guards, had the lights in some of their cells kept on for 24 hours, were treated as convicted felons without having been tried, and were not provided with a clean and secure jail cell.  

In violation of the Congressional Rules Governing Congressional Hearings, which required that all the records of committee proceedings and testimony must be retained for posterity, Pelosi had all the records of the committee’s proceedings either destroyed or restricted access to them.  The testimony of witnesses was hidden in computer files, and the videos that showed peaceful US Citizens touring of the US Capitol were hidden from the view of the press and the American people.  Fortunately, hundreds of reels of videotapes were released by Speaker Mike Johnson, and those reels will be reviewed by the defense councils of incarcerated prisoners to document that certain defendants were not involved in rioting.

The below listed article is about Lt Col Block, who was one of the 1,000 Political Prisoners.  The article reports how innocent US Citizens were oppressed, charged by the DOJ, arrested by the FBI, jailed, and then were treated for years as guilty Political Prisoners prior to any convictions.  Obama and his fellow Marxist Allies have been employing their “Two-Tier” Justice System, created to jail President Trump, jail his supporters, jail US Citizens who were present at the US Capitol on January 6th, and to Oppress any US Citizens who oppose the political position of Socialist Democrats, Obama, and his Marxist allies.

J6er Lt Col Larry Block Jr., USAFA, USAF (Ret) Speaks Out After Being Freed: “Never Again Should There Be a Political Prisoner in the United States… Thank God Almighty, I’m Free at Last”

Lt Col Larry Block Jr., USAFA, USAF (Ret) a J6er recently released after 372 days of incarceration, has stepped forward to share his experiences and thoughts on the current state of the United States. His words are a stark reminder of the political climate we find ourselves in, as well as a call to action for Americans.

Block was sentenced to two years in prison for his role in the January 6 Capitol attack. The sentence, handed down by U.S. District Judge John Bates, comes as a shock to many who knew Brock as a decorated military officer.

Brock was convicted of obstructing the joint session of Congress during the 2021 Capitol riot, among several other misdemeanor charges. Prosecutors had recommended a harsher sentence of five years in prison, citing Brock’s “very troubling” and violent rhetoric leading up to January 6.

Brock is a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel who flew combat missions in Afghanistan before retiring. A retired Air Force Major General praised Brock’s military service, citing an incident where Brock risked his life to protect U.S. forces from a Taliban attack.

“Retired USAF Lt. Col. Larry Brock graduated from the Air Force Academy and went on to pilot the A-10 for more than 20 years in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Syria. However, Judge Bates emphasized that Brock’s military service did not outweigh the severity of his actions on January 6. This decision has sparked debate among conservatives who believe that Brock’s service record should have been taken into account.

Following his involvement in the Capitol event, Brock’s commercial airline pilot licenses were revoked by the Federal Aviation Administration, according to AP.

In a video posted on X, Block detailed his 372 days of detention, which he described as a testament to the erosion of fundamental American rights.

Block Jr.’s first act upon release was to express gratitude towards God and those who supported him during his incarceration.

“The first thing I must do is give thanks to my Lord and savior, Jesus Christ, for my deliverance and liberation,” he said.

Block Jr. then turned his attention to the state of civil liberties in America. He lamented the erosion of rights that Americans once took for granted, such as free speech, the right to assemble, a speedy trial, and trial by a jury of peers.

“But now,” he said, “those rights just don’t exist anymore.” He criticized the current state of affairs where FBI censorship and propaganda, warrantless surveillance, indefinite pretrial and post-conviction detention have become commonplace.

He also pointed out the discrepancy in justice meted out to different individuals, creating a two-tier system. From former presidents to common men like himself, he argued that political show trials have become a norm rather than an exception.

In response to this perceived injustice, Block Jr. called on fellow Americans to do more than just pray. He urged them to contact their representatives in Congress and demand they uphold the principles they claim to believe in.

He called for liberty for those who are oppressed and for the use of legislative power to ensure justice. If the representatives fail to meet these demands, Block Jr. urged voters to remove them from office.
