Very seldom do we send out medical information to our supporters, although we receive a great deal of medical advice and recommendations to take certain vitamins from well-wishers who make recommendations to improve my health (those individual medical advice E-mails are included among the estimated 2000 E-mails we received each week).  

However, I am forwarding the link to one particular E-mail, because it is important, timely, and would be especially important if someone in your family or a close friend were infected with COVID-19.  By clicking on the below listed link, you will be able to listen to and watch Doctor Richard Bartlett in the recorded video (27 minutes).  Dr. Bartlett has practiced as a family medicine specialist in the Midland/Odessa area of Texas for 28 years.

From almost the start of the COVID-19 epidemic, Dr. Bartlett recognized that the coronavirus was a respiratory/inflammatory disease, and he set out to find a way to treat the problem at its source.  He came up with a steroid-based treatment using Budesonide (Pulmicort) with a nebulizer which he said has been used widely to treat asthma patients for over 20 years.  

Dr. Bartlett believes it is paramount to treat COVID-19 within the first few days of detection and he has had amazing success treating his own patients.  Since March 2020 he has treated many patients infected with COVID-19 (seeing about 5 or more patients each day, that is estimated to be between 600-700 patients); he hasn’t lost one patient.  

Dr. Bartlett believes that the hydroxychloroquine protocol has also had great success as a treatment for COVID-19, and believes the both Budesonide and hydroxychloroquine are inexpensive ways of treating the virus and will make the much publicized vaccine unnecessary. He said that researchers had already discovered massive proliferation of mutations of the COVID-19 virus (up to 350 never ending mutations), making a targeted vaccine ineffective against the ever-changing mutations.  The annual flu virus also has mutations, and many times the vaccine for a particular year is not very effective.  Incidentally, the annual flu virus is also a corona virus.

Dr. Bartlett has produced an unpublished paper which documents his success with his own patients and has already given it to Sen. Ted Cruz, Kent Hance, Star Parker, and Cong Brian Babin (R-TX-36).  Dr. Bartlett hopes to deliver his paper to President Donald Trump this coming week.  Dr. Bartlett does not want to wait until October to get his paper peer-reviewed and published because by then, as many people will have already died from the COVID-19 virus.   

Dr. Bartlett explained that the following countries including Taiwan, with a population of 24 million, has been employing his same medical procedure and has only had 7 fatalities from COVID-19.  Japan, with a population of 121 million, has been employing his same medical procedure and has had less than 1000 fatalities.  Australia, with a population of 26 million, has been employing his same medical procedure and has had 102 fatalities.  New Zealand, with a population of 6 million, has been employing his same medical procedure and has had 22 fatalities.  Singapore has been employing his same medical procedure and has had 12 fatalities.  Iceland has been employing his same medical procedure and has had 10 fatalities, and Vietnam had no deaths, etc.
