Op Ed # 638 Support Merit In The Military

In the below listed article, the members of the STARRS organization encourages the current leadership of the US Armed Forces, at the expense of Merit, but have based determination of admission to service academies, influenced selection for promotion, influenced selection for command, prioritized who is selected for flight training, and selected who will attend prestigious military advanced schools, on Discriminatory Racists Policies that have been destroying “Unit Cohesion” and the “ Combat Effectiveness” of the US Armed Forces.
The Discriminatory Racist Policies established by the Biden/Obama administration are oppressive and unlawful. The Secretary of Defense and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff have taken their marching orders and are oppressively using race/color and identity politics in personnel actions when military leaders have been and should be color blind and reject those radical racist policies in making decisions. The Secretary of Defense and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff have been instilling the cultural transformation of the US Armed Forces which is illegal and in violation of the US Constitution.
The above listed described policies, installed by the Biden/Obama administration, has eroded the current and future quality of military leadership. The current Secretary of Defense and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, appointed by the Biden/Obama administration, by their discriminatory actions are depriving US trained warfighters by not appointing the most qualified and highly Flag and General Officers who are professionally trained to skillfully protect the military personnel under their command. Those inept actions by the Secretary of Defense and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff are degrading the once most effective military in the world.
We encourage American citizens to contact their Congressional Representatives and Senators to let them know you oppose the racist anti-white programs installed in the US Military by the racist policies of the Biden/Obama administration. Their racist and unelected appointees in the Department of Defense and appointed to the Joint Chiefs of Staff have been attacking and purging highly trained career Christian conservative white US Military personnel, under the guise of removing white supremacists, where white supremacy does not exist. They are being purged only because they are white and in leadership positions.
For three years, the Biden/Obama administration has been degrading “Combat Effectiveness” by eliminating highly trained, career Christian conservative, white US Military personnel who opposed the racist brainwashing indoctrination of Black Lives Matter. Certain unqualified individuals were not selected on Merit, but because of their support for woke and racist policies, even though they may have a lower IQ, in many cases overweight, are transgender individuals undergoing gender transition surgery, and are female personnel in Tip Of The Spear Units whose extremely high fitness standards had to be substantially downgraded, so women could qualify to be in those units.

Support Merit in the Military
Our military’s non-political, merit-based culture is under threat by unelected Pentagon activists!
Identity preferences – at the expense of merit – are determining admissions to our service academies, prioritizing who is selected for pilot training, and influencing selections for command and promotion.
These practices erode leader quality, deprive our warfighters of the best qualified leaders needed on the battlefield, and undermine unit cohesion.
TELL WASHINGTON TO SAY “NO” TO POLITICIZING OUR MILITARY:
--Stop using identity preferences in personnel actions.
--Stop the destructive cultural transformation in our military – keep it selfless, colorblind, and merit-based.
TELL WASHINGTON TO SAY “YES” TO MERIT:
--Our warfighters deserve only the best qualified leaders.
--Merit should determine military service academy admission.
--Merit should determine military command, schooling & promotion.

--believe in meritocracy where people are selected to serve in key positions based on their proven merit/abilities, not based on skin color, gender, or any other characteristic?
